Refund Policy

Cooling-off period

If you have not used any premium feature, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first premium payment.

Renewals

Premium membership renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page and you will keep premium access until the end of the period you have paid for. Part-used periods are not refunded.

Exceptions

• Accounts removed for breaking the community guidelines are not eligible for a refund
• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method

Requesting a refund

Send a request through our contact page with the email address on the account and the date of the payment. We respond within five working days.
