1. Who may use Purely Matched

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. One person, one account. Profiles created on behalf of another person are not permitted.

2. What this service is

Purely Matched is an online dating community. We introduce members to each other. We are not a matchmaking agency, an immigration service, a travel agency or a financial service, and we make no promise of a relationship, a marriage, a visa or any other outcome.

3. Member conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status or photographs
• Ask another member for money, financial help, gift cards or cryptocurrency
• Harass, threaten, defame or sexually harass another member
• Post adult, violent or illegal content
• Use the service for commercial solicitation or recruitment

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos and words. You grant us a limited licence to display them inside the service so other members can see your profile. You must have the right to post anything you upload.

5. Memberships and payments

Free membership is available to everyone. Premium membership is billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the membership page and may change with notice.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, that is reported repeatedly, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the service as it is. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline. Meeting people carries risk and you are responsible for your own safety decisions.
